Production process
Vitali S.p.A. is one of the first companies in the construction sector to have obtained certification for bituminous conglomerate production
control with the 2+ certification system pursuant to UNI EN 13108:2006. This achievement is accompanied by previous certifications for concrete and aggregates production process control. Today Vitali is one of the most representative companies operating in the construction and road sector throughout Italy.
The production division specialises in guaranteed performance concrete, bituminous conglomerates and quality aggregates. All production processes are equipped with specific control plans that allow the quality of the product to be assessed at every stage of production. Vitali has an internal control and analysis laboratory to ensure ongoing monitoring of its materials quality. In a few words, Vitali S.p.A. and its organisation has once again demonstrated to
be a quality oriented company.
Vitali is certified for the production centres of Caponago (Mi) and Cisano Bergamasco (Bg) with Concrete Production Process Control Certification (F.P.C.) and Factory Production Control (EC marking of aggregates for concrete and bituminous conglomerate) pursuant to regulatory requirements (Ministerial Decree September 14, 205, Presidential Decree. 246/93; UNI EN 12620 and UNI EN 13043). These control systems improve the Quality Management System.
